Ready to up your brow game? Stila’s All Day Waterproof Brow Color is it. The flexible wand takes some getting used to, but if you are willing to practice, this will leave you with the most feathery brows. A light hand and this ultra-fine felt tip is perfect to mimic actual hairs. The inky formulation is kind of sheer and therefore very buildable, so it’s up to you how far you go. Once the lines are set, they actually lasts ALL DAY, even in the rain. Good to know: make sure the cap is on all the way and to shake it every now and then, to prevent it from drying out.
